Shipping Policy
Packages to the U.S will be shipped by Amazon shipping service.
Packages to other countries/regions will be shipped from warehouse in Guangzhou, China. We will select the best shipping method with priority to delivery time and the delivery cost paid. However, we can only list a range of time for delivery in the shipment options because there is processing time required for warehouse and customs. For more exact delivery time, you can contact us before/after placing an order.

Note:
1. Orders received before 12 noon GMT+8 will be collected by warehouse at the same day. All orders received after this time, on holidays, or on weekends will ship next business day.
2. Tracking number will be provided 2-3 days after packages picked up by warehouse.
3. Please provide the correct address and recepient information while placing the order.
Shipping not to the US please be aware of the following information:
When shipping to locations not to the US, you will be responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes upon receipt of the package. For information on these charges you will need to contact your local customs office. International orders may be subject to import fees, taxes and duties which will be the responsibility of the customer. If an international shipment is returned or refused, all associated costs will be charged to the customer’s account. International shipments are automatically insured at the expense of the customer.

When your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation allowing you to track its delivery. In the unlikely event of delays or backorders, we’ll make every effort to contact you by phone or email.
